Accessibility at Purchory

Purchase memory should stay within reach.

Purchory aims for WCAG 2.2 AA across the public website and core product journeys. We test keyboard access, structure, contrast, reflow, and reduced motion as part of delivery.

What we check

The workflow matters more than a checklist badge.

Keyboard access
Navigation, forms, disclosures, and recovery actions are designed to work without a pointer.
Clear structure
Landmarks, headings, labels, status messages, alternatives, and recovery text provide non-visual meaning.
Reflow and motion
Layouts are checked at narrow widths and zoom, while motion is reduced when the browser preference requests it.

Useful issue reports

Tell us the task, barrier, and setup.

Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser, device, or assistive technology involved.

Do not include a receipt image, purchase detail, password, access token, or full identity document. Support can ask for a safer next step if more context is needed.
