Account and data deletion
Request deletion without reinstalling the app.
This signed-out path is for current, former, or locked-out users. A verified request covers the shared account and the Purchory and GrowCrew data included in the approved manual review.
Review the processOne shared-account request
The scope is broader than one Purchory screen.
- Products covered
- The shared identity plus covered current and legacy Purchory and GrowCrew records are reviewed together.
- Account access
- The approved team must make the account inaccessible and revoke active sessions when a verified request enters fulfillment.
- Completion target
- Primary-system deletion is targeted within 30 days. Remaining recoverable receipt-object versions are targeted within 7 days, and deleted data ages out of backups within their rotation.
- Subscriptions
- Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple or Google store subscription. Any applicable cancellation step is identified before fulfillment completes.
Verify ownership
Start with one email address.
Production intake remains closed
Purchory will not accept a signed-out request until a monitored privacy team can verify, fulfill, and confirm it. The public process is visible now so it can be reviewed without implying that an unowned queue is live.
Do not email account details, receipts, passwords, or payment information while intake is closed. This page will expose the verified request form only after the complete cross-product fulfillment path is approved.
After verification
A human-owned handoff, with a reference.
The one-time link expires after one hour. Verification has one effect; a safe retry of the same link returns the same opaque reference instead of exposing whether an account exists.
The fulfillment team reviews current and legacy product coverage, handles any continuity or store-subscription issue, and sends the result to the verified address. The verification record is limited to scope, timestamps, result, and a minimal opaque account reference for up to three years.
Narrow legal, security, tax, or dispute records may be retained only when a specific purpose and deletion rule applies. Receipt content is not kept merely because a limited record must be retained.
